After choosing a vendor, choose a Vendor Item by clicking
the middle of the 3 lookup buttons on Item Number. This will
bring up a list of items for that vendor as you would have
created in the Vendor Item Setup window or the Vendor Item
Utility window. Not all items need to have a vendor item for
purchasing.
