Safelite uses a Parent ID to track your shop. They will give you
one as soon as you sign up on the Safelite Glass Network. In order
to avoid entering a Parent ID, we have you do it once on the "This
Glass Shop" window (where you entered your shop's name, phone,
fax, etc.).
